Rates for 2024: Telehealth and In-Clinic Consultations

Consult with us conveniently via Telehealth (phone or video) or in person at the following rates:

• First Consultation & Mood Assessment/Diagnosis/Treatment Plan: $330.00 for 90 minutes
• Ongoing Regular Patient Sessions: $265.00 for 50 minutes

Medicare Rebates:

Australian residents may receive a rebate of $93.35 per session under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), with up to 10 rebates annually. Your GP or treating psychiatrist must refer you with a MHCP before your first session.

Health Fund Rebates:

You may also be eligible for rebates from your private health fund if not claiming Medicare. Check with your provider before your appointment. HICAPS instant rebates are available in-clinic.

Payment:

Fees are due at the end of your session at reception or online (Telehealth). Medicare rebates are processed overnight. Credit card preauthorization forms are required for new patients.

Minors:

We specialize in adult care and do not treat patients under 18 years old.

Medico Legal Reports & Family Law Reports:

Available for existing patients upon request, at a cost, for Section 14 Mental Health Act claims or NDIS/Disability Services Pension. Please notify us before booking.

Workcover Patients:

Unfortunately, we do not accept Workcover patients.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide 48 hours’ notice via our automated reservations system online or by calling Ph: 02 9331 7546, or the full fee will apply. Credit card authorisation forms are required in advance of booking.
